A deeper way to see yourself, your work, and the systems you move within.
Systemic coaching helps you understand yourself in relation to the wider systems you’re part of—your team, organization, family, history, and the unspoken expectations that shape how you show up.
Rather than focusing only on goals or behaviours, systemic coaching reveals the patterns, loyalties, and dynamics that sit beneath the surface. When these become visible, new choices and new ways of leading become possible.
This approach is grounded in the Coaching Constellations methodology, which uses spatial and visual mapping to illuminate what’s happening in the system around you.
Most challenges don’t originate within us alone—they arise from the interactions, pressures, and relationships we’re embedded in. Systemic coaching helps you:
• See the bigger picture — understand the forces influencing your decisions and behaviour.
• Identify hidden dynamics — loyalties, expectations, or patterns that keep you stuck.
• Shift long‑standing patterns — move from reaction to choice.
• Lead with clarity — align your actions with what the system actually needs.
• Navigate complexity — make sense of competing demands and relationships.
Clients often describe systemic coaching as “finally seeing what’s really going on.”
This work is powerful whether you’re navigating leadership challenges, personal transitions, or recurring patterns you can’t quite name.
Systemic coaching is experiential, reflective, and surprisingly practical.
1. Clarify the System
We begin by exploring the context around your challenge—people, pressures, expectations, history, and what feels “in play.”
2. Map the Dynamics
Using objects, paper, or virtual markers, we create a spatial map of the system. This makes invisible dynamics visible—relationships, tensions, distances, alliances, and stuck points.
3. Explore New Positions
We experiment with shifting perspectives, testing new positions, and noticing what brings clarity, ease, or movement.
4. Integrate and Apply
You leave with insights, language, and practical next steps that support real change in your work and life.
Systemic coaching is particularly valuable for:
• Leaders navigating complexity or change
• Founders and entrepreneurs
• People in conflict or relational tension
• Anyone feeling stuck in repeating patterns
• Individuals wanting deeper self‑understanding
• Coaches or practitioners wanting to explore systemic perspectives
If you’re asking “Why does this keep happening?” or “What am I not seeing?”, systemic coaching offers a way in.
Systemic coaching doesn’t tell you what to do. It helps you see differently, so you can act differently.
Clients often experience:
• A sense of relief from finally seeing the whole picture
• New clarity about their role and choices
• Improved relationships and communication
• More grounded leadership
• A shift from over‑responsibility to healthy boundaries
• A deeper understanding of what belongs to them—and what doesn’t
“I came in feeling overwhelmed by a recurring conflict at work. Through mapping the system, I realised I was carrying an old loyalty that wasn’t mine. Once I saw it, everything shifted. I could finally respond with clarity instead of tension.”
